Styrolution GmbH has extended its line of transparent methacrylate/butadiene/styrene copolymers suited to healthcare, consumer, toys, recreation and packaging applications.

Zylar 245 combines clarity with good scratch resistance and high stiffness for uses that require toughness.

Zylar 765 features clarity and high impact resistance for demanding usage.

Zylar 650 is another medium-impact grade in the series.

The Frankfurt, Germany, company says the new products complement other Zylar grades providing high flow, good chemical resistance, relatively low density and degrees of toughness that can be customized. Styrolution is expanding its capacity in Germany to produce its styrenic specialties for global markets.
